Anyone know of Dr De Bruyne Chris
homecare replied to susanlondon's topic in Weight Loss Surgeons & Hospitals
Gary do you remember the girl you went to advise who was getting banded on July the 3rd, I think her name was Penny and she was a teacher and stayed near Tarbet? Its just I was thinking about her last night and had just realised she hasnt been on here since her op or even before. Have you heard anything? Jx -

Definately understand Gary but thats my point why would he let wendy muscle in on his parade. Maybe Im missing something but cant see whats in it for him. As just now he charges per fill and a lot of people will keep to ecfs for the exact reason you have given a guarantee. The reason Im so interested is Wendy is speaking to him soon I understand and as my package doesnt start till 11th August and they come to some agreement Im wondering if I will come under the guarantee, if that makes sense? Hi All just a thought, do you think it would be financially viable for Dr Chris to let Wendy have a contract for his fills? I know some of us have taken 6 months packages with WLS and others prefer to go and have fills done with Chris and Fred. If he did let WLS have contract do you think their prices would go up. Jx -

Yes I emailed fred and he confirmed that there is defo no dates left in August. He also says dates are starting to fill up for october. I have been ok recently eating but last night tried to eat a breaded chicken breast had the horibble tightness and then was sick. I think it might be really trying to concentrate on chewing and eating really really slowly. Jx -

Congratulations Sammy I had three boys 2yrs and under and no I wasnt that fast a worker I had my eldest son then I had Identical twin boys. So Gillian we both have three boys each so GREEDY. Carrie Jess youve done so well and your picture is lovely both these places are great but you cant beat Glasgow for shopping and the nightlife aint too bad either, get him to take you there sometime. Wishful when I see the pile of washing and ironing my boys give me I wish they would move out. Only kidding I think. Im sure once she has her own place and own child she will appreciate you even more and this is when you become real friends as well as mother and daughter. Freckles if you use the enema kit you could film it and post it on you tube Im sure it would be a hit and you could make a fortune, Sisters you are cruel you could have scarred that boy for life, lol. Anitahug thats how Ive been but I have really concentrated on eating slower and chewing more and it has started to really ease. Im also going out tonight and going to order a meal and if I dont eat it all or have a problem will just say I came over a little dizzy (whats new) and then say not really hungry. Jx -

Im going on the 11th at 3.30 for a fill at Glasgow green. Cant wait. GARY let us know how you get on. Thinking of you with fingers crossed. Carrie It was me who asked about your date Im sooo pleased, what city in Scotland are you visiting? Freckles hope your bums recovered.:juggle: Jx -

Yes bigsis it was me asking Gary about pre op diet and as hes really clued up he advised me to check labels and not to touch anything with over 5g fat per 100g. It can say 4g of fat in say 350g but can still end up really high per 100g. So pre bandsters stick to 5g per 100g. Sounds confusing but it works. Jx -

Hi Sarah it comes round really quickly and before you know it youll be banded. The only thing I can advise is to take milk thistle as this helps improves the liver, I took this for a month before op and still taking it. Remember to take a mug as the ones in hotel are small plastic ones. Jx -

Flirty been following your progress and hope your infection clears up soon. Do you have a practice nurse that could maybe change your dressings? At my docs we can make appts with the nurse without talking to doc. Incidentally what size are you into now and how much weight in tolal have you lost. Jx -

Nicki that was a very funny description of your big knickers. I was sitting here reading it and I laughed so much my big knickers rolled down my fat belly. Freckles do you think you still need the enenema kit. Forgive me and I know its not funny but it really was amusing I imagined you with crossed legs waiting for hubby. Hope your mums doing well Jx -

Aww thanks beeboo thats so nice. Im feeling a bit better today. I had a kids meal for lunch mash with sausage in gravy and even managed to keep it down. I think because it is lubricated with the gravy it went down much easier so now Im trying to stay off drier foods and will practice with wet but not mushie foods. It has really filled me up even though I had it over 3 hours ago. So hopefully I will eat less as with the mushy food I was hungry every hour. Thanks for being concerned beeboo its appreciated. Jx
