What I like to do is wake up around 8 or 9 and I take a couple Protein pills with a bite of cottage cheese. Then I go to the gym, come home weigh myself (when you are the lightest) and shower. Then I make my yummy Protein shake. It is at least 30 g of protein in one meal. I put 5 ice cubes in my magic bullet then about a cup of 1% milk which adds alot of protein, then about a teaspoon of Peanut Butter, half a banana, and 1 scoop of slim fasts Protein powder mix in chocolate. Then I make sure I get some almonds and cashews cottage cheese deff some lean meat for dinner.:thumbup: -
Hey, I am Ali... very nice to meet you....Your surgery is coming up soon! How exciting is that! My scars are doing ok but they r still there... I actually have 6 the one big one, 3 about an inch long and 2 very tiny ones that you can't really see any more... I will try to put more up that r recent! Thanks for the encouragement I def need it sometimes! Don't be nervous it will be the best choice youve ever made!

I am new to the site and my surgery is scheduled for 04/20. I saw you pic and they were great. You took pic of the bandages also. I am happy to see the surgery was successful and the cuts were few and small. Thank you so much.

Yea that gas they pump into u last awhile! It will go away take gas x it helps -

Hey girl, I am a nursing student and got my surgery in May it did take a couple weeks for me to totally heal but with our program u don't do any patient care right in the beginning of the year I think you should have time to heal fully. I also started a job as a CNA about 2 or 3 weeks after my surgery so its doable. -
its from not getting enough protein, u are starving ur body

This happens to me atleast every other day I love bread too much! If u wanna get rid of it fast drink a bunch of water bend over and it usually comes right up I know its gross but it better then 2 hrs of agony
