I actually just got my first from a doctor in a hosp. If you do get it out of the country make sure you find a doctor that deff. will do ur fills, also there is a company called fill center USA u can google it. I did pay it came out to about 8,000 but hey it has been so worth it!!! I went through world med and they did everything you just get ur flight. I used Dr. Corvala, he was great!

hey feeling sooooooo much better... this weekend was tough I was in alot of pain at the end of the day because I was doing too much during the day... but I just started my new job today and all went well!!!!
