hey hun things are going great I am down about 30 lbs so I am very pleased so far! I went to get my 3rd fill yesterday but he wouldn't fill me cuz I had lost 10 lbs since the last one and I wasn't hungry so he said I was on the right track. I believe I have 2.5 cc's in my 10 cc band so I am impressed! How are you? How is ur wl??

Hey all I was in a similar situation. I had my surgery may 16th, and lost 10 lbs the first 2 weeks and didnt really lose anything until my first fill and even after that I only had lost 3 lbs til my next fill so 3 lbs in 4 weeks! I have a 10 cc band and currently have 3 cc's in and have lost 6 lbs in 2 weeks and feel a ton of restriction just play with it get ur sweet spot. You will get there don't lose faith and stay healthy that crappy food is what got us here remember -
wow I feel like this was yesterday and it is almost 3 months out and I am 27 lbs lighter! Keep ur head up, cuz the first couple weeks you are thinking "what did I do?" Its all worth it in the end -
I wish lol but thank you everyone always says I look like I weigh less.... -

How did it feel after your first fill

with my first fill, I didn't feel much restriction at all but he only put in 2cc's and after the first couple of days I did notice that I wasn't ever really hungry and I did start sliming when I would eat starch items. I just got my second fill this week and he put in another cc so a total of 3cc's and I have alot more restriction and find it almost impossible to eat bread at all. I haven't been feeling great since this one and am never hungry but I have lost 3 lbs since monday :wink2: and everyday I feel alil better and am able to eat alil more. But everytime I eat I do have an uncomfortable feeling and have to burp ALOT! -
My doctor says bread and starchy foods are horrible and are a major cause of "sliming"
