Hi girl! Get some help with the baby! You won't be able to do much the first week as far as picking anything up. I'm sure the pre-op diet is hell now, but it's all worth it...you won't have any appetite for awhile after, and enjoy that initial restriction, it's a promise of a lifestyle to come!
