So ya im so not going to lie... i barely worked out... my nutritionist told me its all in the genes... i just had a baby 6 weeks prior to my surgery... my baby is just barely sleeping though the night and i work full time... so i havent had alot of energy... i would look alot better if i had worked out im sure!!! Good luck... it hasnt been 1 yr yet for me... but its been alot of work... more mentally then physical... I didnt start losing weight til like my 3rd month... the first few months sucked for me... but they dont for everyone... my DR dont fill you during surgery... Good Luck... your surgery is on my daddys bday... so i know its gonna go great... plus its such an easy surgery!!!
