Had some cheddar today for lunch!

I'm with you Laura! I tried the eliptical and after 1 minute I was pushing the stop button!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think super restriction has hit full force............ I've been having a hard time with most everything.. that and I've been taking too big of bites and not chewing enough....... duhhhhhhh I KNOW.... but this is weird.. I'm eating cheddar cheese and shaved turkey and I'm having a HECK of a time! This is the first time I can really say that I'm REALLY restricted.. and I know it is because of TOM....... that and the dang scale won't budge for me........

WOW... the title got my attention......... I know most of what I think has already been said... but I will just add.. Everyone has their own path. My band is just as tempermental as my 3 year old. I can't eat Beans.. wierd.. but I can eat thin crust pizza.... if I'm stressed or on my TOM my band swells and I have a hard time eating.. WIERD...... the only times I spend over the toilet is when I don't listen to my body and STOP when it tells me too......... EMOTIONAL eating is harder to fend off....... Good luck with your journey

Can't see it, but if I lay down and like Chickie (feel myself up) I can feel it............. DF can not feel it or see it either......... maybe when I get further down the scale I might be able to see it, but I will then just get it changed out to a low profile version.......... NOT A BIG DEAL at all!

LOL! I just sent a paypal payment for the motorcycle candy molds that I just bought.......... :tea: and I've been cruising the dress listings. OMG I have major TOM cramps............. I am about ready to just go home and lay down... (they are strangely HORRIBLE today) Must be the extra estrogen being released from my fat cells. I am forcing myself to down the water so that the bloating will cease.

My Labor Day goal is to button my well worn size 14 levis.... Good morning! I have yet another busy day.... I am retaining water like a baloon and thank heavens my TOM arrived early so that maybe I'll be done before we head to Branson on Saturday.. I was hoping to hit the 220's this week but I keep bouncing today was 233.. so I doubt I will make it....... Have a great day everyone

To me the pic of the device looks about 100 years old and possibly doctored. I know my grandma had a port and a pain pump installed in her late in life soooooo really the above apparatis could be aNYTHING. My doc does fills for Mexican bands...... I would take the pic and the TONE with a HUGE shaker of salt!

I pushed mowed part of our back yard tonight even though we are under a heat warning............ and my face turned the color of a beet! So then I turned the hose on me and my little guy.... my feet are swollen because I had crackers with lunch and dinner and I have a blister on my hand.......... woooooooooooohoooooooooooooo! two workouts in one day am I rocking or what???? (note the previouse statement was typed in a sarcastic tone.) I'm gettng ready to hit the bed cause I am pooped

There is a thread over on the SUPPORT board for Lower BMI bandsters.. check it out. :confused: In the US the BMI (Insurance requirement) is 35-50, in other countries you may be banded as a precautionary measure.

Jachut is an Aussie and she has done great1 I wouldn't see how wrestling would affect the band, but that would be something to discuss with your surgeon. The binge eating........ well.. the band doesn't fix your head.. we are all emotional eaters but binging is a different more complex issue, one that would be taken up with a professional. That said, it is the best thing I've ever done for myself! GOOD LUCK

GOOD MORNING VIOLETS! I have a busy work day, but I wanted to check in. I DID make it to the gym this morning... it is going to be in the high 90's with heat index of 110 today.. YUCK! Kat: DF's 7 year old is our resident monster.. he is so dang handsome and charming but he will literally throw him self down on the ground screaming at the top of his lungs in public... grocery, walmart, restraunt, amusement park.. it matters not..... I often think it is a jealousy thing with my son because he is used to being the baby at his moms but he actually does it more with his mom....... part of it is dad doesn't follow through at our house and I get stopped if I do.............. last time we had him He ran from me (more likely I told him to stop and come to me and he crossed his arms, started hissing and stomped out the front door) usually at this point dad stops and lets him go.......... I didn't, I ended up chasing his butt down outside and grabbed him and then announced he was spending some quality time on his bed (top bunk) and I placed him there with him screaming the entire time........... dad tried to stop me and I unceromoniously told him that I was handling it and he was not aware of what happened so to back off............. then I told Josh that he WOULD NOT run from me because I would chase him down each and every time and he WOULD respect the rules............ anyway..... enough about that...... just know I understand.
