I am sipping on a doctored up Isopure drink..... (I had a couple left over from pre op) ISO + sf koolaid ice and water........ its OK but NOT Kat's Glugs GLugs! So far I've had a doctored up Protein Shake and this........... I am determined to get my Protein in today (I've been slacking with crap food) So THIS fill I am going to attempt to follow the rules. It doesn't help that I am hungry right now........ I'm going to attempt to make some fresh salsa tonight....... as I have a supply of fresh from the vine tomatoes..... anyone have a favorite recipe? I KNOW someone posted befor.. but I can't remember.

I am back from fill #4…. I now have 4cc’s in my band. (which my band is marketed that it holds 4cc’s of saline) I asked him today how much it REALLY holds because I’ve read that they can be “over filled” He said that he didn’t have anyone with the small band (like me) that has more than 5cc. I have a feeling that I’m going to be MEGA restricted because I almost FELT it tighten… (could be in my head) I am drinking a protein shake with milk and ice right now…………. I’m going for a BIG month! To them I lost 6 lbs last month. On my scale it is 10…. Right on track. Looking at my Before pics and now.......Thank GOD I’m getting my Face Back…….. it physically hurts me to look at my before pic I LOVE MY BAND…. It’s not magic, but it really helps me win the battle over food. Todays fill was .75 cc................. so my history has been 1.5cc .75cc 1cc .75cc

I needed them today because I bounced back to 231 this morning............ too much salt yesterday... as I ate two tomatoes over the sink with salt, had a late dinner and judging from the food........ I NEED MY FILL THIS MORNING..... I had, 1 chicken breast, 1 baked potatoe w/butter and salt, green beans, slice of tomatoe, and1 bite of rice........... and I never felt backed up.............. restriction is weird! I go at 9:30a.m. for my fill..... Denise: First I CAN tell from last month... in your profile pic your face and neck........ from the back view your waist is more indented and the fact that last month you were wearing black (slimming) and this month white.......... YOU ARE DOING SOOOOO GREAT! Second: You are doing the hardest thing a mother can do, but you ARE doing the right thing. Its better to do this now, rather than bury her. She knows you love her, but right now she think the world owes her and you are the head B leading the pack........ she has graduated from programs so she DOES know right from wrong.. she is just choosing WRONG and EASY. I think the fact that you are making it LESS easy will benefit her and I hope for your sake (and hers) that she cleans herself up and grows up. LOVE MY VIOLETS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Denise: You are doing SOOOOOOOOOOOO great! I have decided that I'm getting a fill on Monday.. My cottage cheese did not hold me at all and I ended up eating lunch at 11:00 a.m. and my stomach is already growling! Time to get my water now that I think of it. On a funny note............ my son and my youngest dss have started eating things like spaghetti and sloppy joes like me (sauce and crackers) it is hillarious that they are forgoing the pasta and buns because they think mine looks better! BTW: crackers are becoming my vise! TGIF!

Kat: You guessed it... marriage license and appointment with the judge on a Wednesday..... that's it... not even my little guy cause he would spill the beans! and no.. DF has made it clear.. HE WANTS the WEDDING!!!!!!! (I already DID the big, Church/White Petticoat Dress wedding back in 1988) He was married under a tree.... in 1990....... The wedding in March is for him and the boys................. we are still talking about it..... we havent' applied for the License yet.

I've been having the same diet thoughts....... mine have been induced by my doctors appointment on Monday. I have to decide if I'm going to get a fill or not........ I think I could be fine that way I am now but I CAN eat more than 1/2 cup......... so I do........ I've been tossing and turning trying to decide what I should do. thanks all........... the problem is the boys the best man the EVERYTHING can NOT be pulled together by next week..... we are definately having the THING in March.. people have already put full deposits down on lodging the hall.. etc... and we DO want a WEDDING...... the problem is economics.... I could add the boys on my insurance for NOTHING because I already have employee plus children premiums... I'm the contact with BCBS so its just as easy as going online and adding 3 names. No one would be the wiser at work....... otherwise DF's new job will be around $450 per month.. for crappy coverage... thats a lot of money to be throwing away.......... I don't know.... we are still discussing it. If we DO it.... NO ONE will know.. my name won't change, I won't wear the band... we will still have the fully blown ceremony, invitations, dress, cake, motorcycle mints (that I bought special candy molds for) the works........... AHHHHHHH if we were made of money it would be one thing be we are not..... hell the Home DEpot card is still maxed out from the sewer disaster.. we are just a small town family with bill overload.... We want to wait... but I don't think we can afford too......... and I've been calling him husband for a long time anyway.
