I don't think it's a big deal because to me the key word is AVERAGE 1-3 lbs a week (per my doc) Means I could lose 50-150 lbs in a year........ (I'm hoping for 100 myself :car: ) I know 0nce I hit ONEderland the pounds will be fewer and fewer.

(not optimum for my high energy son) We had bed issues... but he had so much fun.. next week is "Talk Like a Pirate Night" and he is already talking about it. Two glasses of the clear stuff down today... I'll go for one more at least! My son is attending his very first AWANA meeting tonight...... I'm so excited.. I SOOOOOOOOOOOO hope he does well. I went to Awana's as a kid and loved it....... as a matter of fact its where I broke off my front tooth... (which to this day is covered by a half fake tooth and why I can NEVER whiten my teeth)

I agree one of my thighs would equal her gut! She is not fat... just more curvy than her pre baby self. She looked like she didn't want to be there in the least. I watched Biggest Loser last night........ (I am completely addicted to the show) the Black team factor is an AWESOME twist! I was bawling my head off when those final 6 were not picked... boy oh boy... they really went from gut wrenching sadness to over the top joy... I can NOT believe the smallest girl (Joy) I think lost 20 lbs in one week!!!!!!!!!! OK... now for my weird thing............. I just had a period two weeks ago and yesterday I started again........ I have PCOS and my history is weird periods... but I have been regular as clockwork for a long long time..... So I'm thinking... maybe this latest whooosh of fat is releasing some stored estrogen in my fat cells..... but it is still weird. I have been HORRIBLE on water.... today is my day to drink water...... I didn't even have ONE sip of water yesterday. I know to flush this fat out I must drink water.... oh btw... Jenn I don't think you are drinking too much water.. and congrats on your doc not recognizing you! I hope everyone has a great day! WWJD

I saw 220.8 on my scale Sunday morning but it bounced after a day of graizing.. so I'm not claiming it til I see it again! So close to the Teens! I'm like so many of you........... getting to that 199 is such a major HEAD game goal........... I can't wait!

Good evening Violets! Welcome back Nena! I am currently boiling eggs for deviled eggs tomorrow and putting my extremely cranky 4 year old in the tub.. bribed with EXTRA pirate bubbles! I can hear him now sliding back and forth sloshing water.. so this needs to be quick! I have been HORRIBLE on the water.... I'm just not very hungry or thirsty.. Weird. I took two PTO days. Had surgery on Thursday and was back at work the following Monday (desk job) People have begun to comment on my losses... but they've seen me go up and down the scale before...... This is how a conversation earlier this week went: Hey Trace... I see your losing weight again. Doing your low carb AGAIN? Me "Yup!" another day: in the break room... coworker: "What the heck are you eating with????" me: "fancy shrimp fork" everyone laughed I said it is a "TECHNIQUE I'm trying to eat slower and smaller bites" another day: coworker: "Your losing weight again aren't you?" me: "Yeah, I'm losing this fat ONE MORE TIME and thats IT!!!!!" One person at work knows and that's it.

Count yourself LUCKY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Whooooooooooohooooooooooooooo!
