LOL Good morning............. 218.8 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that makes a total of 2 lbs for the week..... and I was able to button and zip the Old navy jeans... but they are ultra low rise and not comfy..... but they zipped. I am moving our office around today trying to make room for a filing cabinet...so I won't be stuck looking at my pc.. I wore jeans and already have my hair up in a pony tail because I moved my bosses desk from one side of the office to the other and then didn't like it so I had to move it back........... maintenence is avoiding me! LOL I just had to pop in and check on my violets! Thinking about Laura!

I think you have done WONDERFUL! We all want to lose fast, but our bodies often have different ideas.... our food choices and activity levels, heck even our Water consumption plays a role. Think of the positives............. my doc says you can expect to lose and an average of 1-3 lbs per week.......... 50-150 in a year.......... you are ALREADY at 42 lbs! Your actually right on target. I'm not a calorie counter.... I'm just trying to get my protien in... and I am also at my sweet spot of restriction... so I fill up very quickly........ I've been bouncing for the last two weeks.. I know it will come for me.. and I know it will come for you.. Just keep working your band and it will work for you!

HIYA SARA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just gave up my fill appointment for Monday and instantly my stomach started growling!!!!!!!!!!!!! It OK though because I am tight.... the reason I'm hungry is because I wasnt' hungry at lunch so I only had a glass of milk...... Meeting went good... I actually got to go into a little benefits spiel......... I think all present were impressed.

I have a meeting today with a big whig.. my boss wants me to attend so I can see what goes on at these annual meetings... it is me playing the game for when he retires......... he really wants me to get his job when he leaves... the problem is that he has a Masters degree and I don't.... the nuns are VERY educationaly snobbish as many of them are phd's. Most of them have no idea what I actually do, since I deal with the lay employees.................. so anyway...... today's NSV is that I'm wearing one of the new white blouse I bought yesterday.... (Size 16, black jacket size 16, and black dress slacks, size 14), but they are cut loosely and they have some give... BUT last week I could not get them zipped. My hair is up and I actually have matching earrings............ and new shoes that I bought last year but have never worn................ so I AM DRESSED TO THE NINES........ very professional............ Now that I am fitting into some of my old clothes it feels very good to dress up......... hell it feels good to give a crap again.... I am only now realizing how deep of a pit that I was in......... I know I've said it before.. but my beginning pic is so very painful for me to look at over and over again day after day on my sig.......... I don't even recognize the miserable woman in it........... to me, I've always looked like my most recent pic.... heavy but happy, sexy in size 16's........ I can not describe how much power my little band has given me over food. It is very freeing................... OK so enough with deep introspection........... lets talk about seeing our coochies! :car:

My last fill which by my count should be right at 4cc's in my 4cc band.. my doc says that its probably a little less than that but he didn't know for sure since he's never withdrawn the fluid....... so I'm saying 3.75+ cc's and I AM AT MY SWEET SPOT.... I will not need a fill at my next appointment. I asked him how much the band can really hold and he said that he didn't have ANY patients with the small band that had over 5cc's in them.......... but that the large bands would hold 120cc's before they busted.

Morning I'm ALWAYS tight! Later in the day is better........ Crack(ers) go down toooooooo easy! I am at my sweet spot and have been since my latest fill.... Nearly 4cc's in a 4cc band........ Tried steak, tried chicken... NO LUCK......... what goes down consistantly is ground beef and ground turkey, tuna, ... chips and salsa.......... and the damn crackers!

What is wrong with me??????????????? I just went shopping at lunch and bought some open toed low kitten heels……………… THIS IS NOT TRACY They were 75% off ……….. I also bought two size 16 work blouses to get me through this awkard between size stuff……. 2 blouses and 1 pair of fancy shoes for $24.00………. at Maurices in our little mall! WHO KNEW And get this…………… I didn’t eat food???? Me??? miss a meal???????????

WELCOME BACK TERRY! Thanks everyone for the comments on my pics.......... The upside is that I will be A LOT thinner for our NEXT ceremony! That was my mom and my sis............ they were both excited to be able to be there.... My sis is disgusted by her pic she said she looks SOOOOOOOO fat! (she is at the heaviest she's ever been except for pregancy) but still......... 148lbs.. I'll TAKE IT! My mom has also had a lifelong battle with her weight............ up and down... just like me........ sadly, she won't even discuss the band with me.. says she doesn't want any more surgeries..... These are my two best friends....... I will be lost without them... both have already had bouts with cancer...... I love them so much. OH and I forgot...... for the ceremony I shoved my grandma's ring on my finger... it had gotten too small but NSV... I am wearing it right now........... yeah my fat fingers look like sausage, and my nails are peeling off... but I am wearing it! GOOD MORNING! OMG - Pam you are sooooooooooooooooooo bad! LOL especially because we were asleep by 9:00 p.m. NO wedding night fun...... My sis did take some pics so when I get them downloaded I will post a few. I am married and no I don't feel any different.. I guess it does take the pressure off the March Ceremony. My son had to go with us since his daycare closes at 5p..... he sat with grandma and she explained to him that Mommy and Charles were "just practicing" It seemed to work, because he didn't say anything about it......... We went to dinner where I tried to eat a steak................. WRONG.. I am just too tight... so I have leftover filet mignon.. cooked rare.... ANYTakers??? So we get home and there were a bunch of balloons shoved in our door with a gift...... I thought it was my mom and sis, but no it was from my work bud (the only ONE at work that knows I'm banded) and her daughter.... it was SOOOOOOOOOOO cute........ a card, sexy underwear for him, a THONG for me (yeah right) toothpaste, tooth brushes, body spray, chocholate and a box of those white "fancy cakes" (they had planned on making a wedding cake out of them but it was too warm and windy............. SOOOOOOOOOOOOO cute and so thoughtful a complete suprise....... I did eat a fancy cake and I had a glass of wine with dinner................ OH and I wore my WWJD bracelett so my violet sistahs were WITH me!

I take the SF calcium soft chews and like Diane.. they are like candy to me. I've been eating the Weight Control oatmeal in the mornings and it seems to be going through just fine. I'm guessing you are not getting enough protien in........ I can really feel a difference in my energy level when I don't get enough........

I don't know of anyone who converted from the band to the RNY, however I know people who got banded after gaining all their weight back after the RNY.
