I KNOW I need to drink my water... and this halloween candy is killing me! grrrrrrrr but I am loving the clothes that are now fitting....... I just want to whoosh my way down to 199.5 and then I wouldn't care if I hit a plateau.. (yeah, I say that now right?? LOL) ALMOST THERE LADIES! KEEP IT UP!

JENNIFUR!!!!!!!!!! YOU LOOK SO GOOD! I love the smile! Seriously woman........ look at that before pic and look at your jeans pic AND THE JEANS ARE BAGGY! I have some of those jeans...... and let me just tell you that the cut is what you don't like....... this is why I went to the mid rise boot cut M length.... they are longer and make your legs look longer.... you just need to get rid of the MOM jeans and get into to the "get laid" jeans LOL! I think you look BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!! You have come a long way

Thanks for posting this, glad you found us :boink: ....... my sis (who is not obese) has been thinking about this. For me.... my belly is deflating and it is going to have to take more than a few injections to work out the problem areas!

HELLO all..... I am posting here for my sister...... She wants the band after seeing all my success... I think she is crazy because she only weighs 156 lbs and is 5'4", but this is high for her and she has gained 20 lbs in the last year and continues to do so........ and she is used to being the skinny one.. LOL ANYWAY... was anyone here banded with a BMI of 27? and where? and how much (since I'm assuming it was all self pay) Thanks in advance

Let me jump onto the blizzard wagon and admit that I had one last night too! I did not even weigh today because I had salty crap and the DQ last night. I'm making enchilada's tonight...... What types of things are you eating? Can you give a typical list? Are you consuming too many calories of soft foods? I know that I can eat ice cream til the cows come home but give me chicken or some other kinds of meat and I am full after a few bites or I pb. (unless it's melt in your mouth moist) I will NOT lose if I have too many carbs and not enough protien.. I have been on thyroid meds since the age of 22 (HYPOthyroid & I have PCOS) which is why lower carbs works for me and my insulin resistance...... Are you drinking your Water?????? I would say... go back to the basics and act like you are a newbie bandster (even though you are clearly not) Find a local support group and attend a few meetings. Your version of REGULAR EATING should change.... I know mine has.
