(I wanted to take advantage of my hair and tan and ONEderland status) Also this morning....... I came out of my room and my son met me in the hallway and he say........ I laughed at your worry comment I echo what everyone else has said about the getting to goal and not being needed......... we have all been getting to know each other for well over a year now....... every day for a year we have been here.... that is big. Also.......... getting to goal is just part of our journey...... the true test will be the maintenance...... and that is a daily struggle that we will have to deal with and need support for. I'm feeling skinny in the size 10 (stretchy) st. johns bay jeans........ I have kind of a form fitting shirt on and the good VS shaper bra......... when I took my sweater off in the breakroom a couple people sucked in their breaths and said.............. dang you've lost weight! LOL I just laughed and said thanks............ (they still do not know about my band!!!!!!!!!) and truthfully they wouldn't even guess because I sat there eating a bowl of chili while they ate theirs......... :wub:

GOOD MORNING! I knew I shouldn't of gotten on the scale... dang salty food and water retention! I bounced........ SNOWING AGAIN.......... I am so over it!!!!! getting ready to get my first cup of coffee......... have a great day.

HELLOOOOOOOOOOO! I feel human again!!!!!!!!! Problem is I too can eat now!! and I have! so much for the 191 on the scale this morning!!!!!!!! I am still on ear drops, steriod pack, and now a zpack of antibiotics..... I got very little sleep last night and about 2:30 a.m. I woke up to the worst back pain...... bad enough that I took a blazing hot shower, amazingly after that I AM BETTER!!!!!!!! We went shopping for ties and misc stuff today...... JC PENNEY OUTLET.. need I say more??????????? $16 Levis, size 10, St. JOhns Bay stretch denium in dark maroon, size 10 for $1.99, and a black pair of some funky brand name but got them home and they are for the no butt no hips of a JR size girl.......... get this......... the St. Johns Bay size 10 FIT!!!!!! I buttoned and zipped them....... OH and we ate mexican for lunch.......... the register gal... went on and on about my earings....... I told them that a Violet made them :wink_smile: she wouldn't let it go.. she wanted to know who made them and if she could buy some online!!!!!!!!!!! I just laughed and said... no just a gift from a gifted friend........ So I ate a bad lunch........... so then 8 hours later...... I eat a piece of Lohn John Silver fish then I have a sundae........ bye bye 191! why is it when I feel better I eat worse???????????? Oh and I picked up my solder rings.. they are all sparkley and beautiful.. I put them up til the wedding... gonna try for the 180's would love to be solidly in the 180's by W day.

I think the predizone is swelling my band because I just had a slight problem with some milk..... (I could be freaking out here) WE are sending Robby to a sleepover and Cody is going boyscouting so Charles and I are going out to dinner and dropping off my rings to be sautered together.......... have a great evening

good morning! I am back at work today......... I was really bad off yesterday.... Charles was ready to take me to the hospital but I wouldn't let him...... I did good drinking water so I wouldn't become dehydrated also we filled the steroid pack and I started on it.... I'm a little freaked out that it might swell my band, but I can't eat anything anyway........... which is why the scale went down to 192.8 YAY!!!!!!!!!!! but what a way to see it drop Terry: HUGS WOMAN! I sent the boys with their dad out to dinner last night without me.... I guess they ran into my coworker friend and she was like... where's Tracy? and gave him crap for leaving me alone.......... but I didn't feel like going anywhere...... I would be freezing cold and sweatcovered hot plus a head ache plus a sore throat...........luckily, the headache is gone and so is the fever (knock on wood)

I just got up off the couch to come in here and check...... my mom told me to stop drinking milk because that was the worst thing for my mucus....... so i've switched to water and I'm cookin chicken noodel soup now..... Michelle I LOVE THE PICS!!!!!! You look so darn skinny and happy! pam: as always you are beautiful! TracyK: I LOVE THE HAIR!!!!!!!!!!! I promise once I get to feeling better I will post some pics. although I doubt it will show anything really dramatic. Tracy you need to print and frame that pic of you and Macy!!!!!!!!!! TracyK is getting her hair 'did' I've been sick and am home today AGAIN....starting to stress me out.. with the PTO I'm using... but oh well... I'll deal with it. The good news is that the scale went down to 193 today!!!!!! This is because I am unable to chew without shooting pains in my head.. so I've been drinking a lot of milk.. (feels good on my throat) But crackers and all the crap I've been eating feels like sandpaper and I've not been able to eat them! YAY!!!!

I did buy a little something for Robby and Cody and then got us a box of turtles to share... :biggrin: The scale fluttered on 194 today.... but again settled on 195.... so close.. I'm going to TRY and be good today. The crap in my ear tubes must be breaking up because I feel worse today than I have all week... shooting pain is dull but it is all down my throat... TracyK: I love my highlights/lowlights............ expensive but worth it! I'm feeling kinda........ dare I say hawt lately... I Know tanning is bad for my skin.. but man its nice to not wear foundation.... I have started looking at the mirror and pulling on my loose skin to see what I'd look like with a TT and perky boobs! I KNOW I'd be in a size 10 if I had my deflated belly cut off......... my fear is that once done.. I'd see the dimples in my thighs... my bat wings ........ Have a great day! I'm going to try and make it all day at work.

I went to the doc today and I have a refracted inner eardrum....... got ear drops for the pain......... I would of thought I lost weight because chewing has been really painful with the ear and alll.............. but no...... I had two shakes today! BAD TRACY!!!!!!!!! oh well.. they were both SMALLS at least! Ok.... check more tomorrow!

Good morning! I took the last of my hydrocodone that I had from surgery and that stuff knocked me out last night... and my ear felt better! :scared2: Just now I got my first sharp pain..... so I may end up going to the doctor.......... 2.5 weeks til I'm OFFICIALLY married... LOL! Changing everything to my new name will be a chore! the scale read 195 for two days in a row.... so hopefully my numbers are getting ready to go down again...... crossing fingers, trying to be a good bandster!
