Yay me! I've finished 2 glasses of water! I'm now eating a tuna lunch kit, but looking at the kit totals I see that it has 16 net carbs. I may have to go back to making it the old fashioned way with REAL mayo not the fat free crap they include and also forgo the crackers Tonight my plan is to boil up some eggs and make egg salad too I may even mix up a 'breakfast' caserole for quick nuking ... the problem is the rubbery texture of nuked eggs. Kat: I am with you......... I need the scale for accountability.. I too would think I had time to make up for my cheats (which is EXACTLY what I'm doing now!) I know that I have a good 5-7 lbs of water weight on me and I'm hoping to see the 170's by Friday.. I may be in for a rude awakening, and no.. I'm not taking Charles with me to the appointment. Did I tell you guys that my sister got bitten by a Black Widow spider??? we were giving her crap about feeling ill the day before her courthouse wedding, but when I looked at it while there I told her to go to the doc because it looked infected...... and sure enough it was anthrax from a Black Widow bite! They gave her pain meds and antibiotics... we gave her crap.......... black widow- wedding... spider missed Travis and got her.. LOL!

Thanks Brandy and Manatee! We do have issues, mainly because for us its both our 2nd marriages.. and I personally think 2nd marriages are harder than 1st's because during first marriages most times (in our case) we were both young, dumb and in love and that's where baggage is created! LOL... I don't think I'll ever be as "in love" as I was for my 1st marriage, and that's a sad but true fact. He has 3 kids by his first wife and we didn't have sex for a year because he was so freaked out that I would trick him into having a child (because thats what his first wife did on #3) I was cheated on he was cheated on...... baggage baggage baggage I'm not a cheater, he's not a cheater.... but if I did get cheated on, it wouldn't hurt so bad this time.... anyway......... only time will tell, we now have his oldest living with us full time, he adopted my son and the other two spend several weeks in the summer and everyother weekends.... that in itself is stressful.... I am doing this for me, and he gets the benefit of my flatter tummy, and me maybe being more adventurous because I feel better about it...... :thumbup: We will see if it even happens.

TOM doesn't matter in surgery... I had mine too. Also... my mom is going with Dr. K! I'm so excited, she is supposed to call Natalie today. When I checked last week, they were booking in November.

Karey thanks for the PICS!!!!!!!! Cora: I would love to get my arms and breasts done at the same time, but it would be a recoop and money issue... I'm about ready to accept my arms.. but I've hated them since my senior year in HS! Steph: I know you are right....... its his insecurity talking.... I have been gently guiding him into the tt talk. I told him that if I had a chance I would be getting it done next month, otherwise I'd have to wait..... When I met him I had just lost 80 lbs doing strict LC, I was wearing size 12's snugly, and funny those same jeans are now my loose comfy jeans....... I quickly began gaining weight when he started cooking and buying groceries.. I ballooned up to 272 and felt miserable..... He chided me for eating Low Carb... anyway... I didn't think he would support my band... and he has tried, but in the beginning he really despised watching me eat so little. Now he gets ticked when I don't make my son clean his plate.. as I refuse to raise him as a card carrying member of the "clean your plate club" Thanks everyone for your comments, insights and pics! Friday is going to take forever to get here!

HELLO ALL! Pam I'm so sorry about your dad. Your making my band swell up just reading about him and your get out of jail card.. makes me think of my dad. Hard ass as he is, he would bail me out, and has bailed me out of horrible situations.. (like the last straw with shrek) My heart goes out to you. Terry: The service sounds beautiful. I'm sure your mom's spirit was pleased. I had a good time yesterday....... I got my new shoes, and I ended up not staying over at my sisters..... I brought home leftover brisket and misc goodies for the boys and thats what we are eating for lunch. DH was glad I came home....... His friend bob and wife stopped by after the Nascar races so they were here when I arrived and that was nice. He must of unloaded a bit about our issues because Heather told me that we were both strong personalities and that is the reason we clashed. LOL I need to go check on the brisket... HELLO ALL!!! I just got back from buying a new pair of tenny boppers! I went to Off Broadway shoe store and was almost overwhelmed by the selection! LOL (I'm not a shoe shopper) They were a birthday present from a very special friend! I am getting ready to head to my sisters for her wedding celebration party. I could use a nap. Did you guys get an unfill and how soon before surgery do you do it?

PULL UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pull down! LOL The scheduler called and confirmed my appointment, and asked if I had a date in mind. The scarey thing is.. for WORK fluctuations I really need it to happen soon...... like 10/14 or 10/15 before my major busy time of the year hits, and my boss is taking a cruise and then holidays............ this totally freaks me out. IF the surgeon has an opening and we agree that I will benefit from a full tt, then I'm going to be really freaking out!

I just finished my first glass of water for the day! I did mention the surgery.. not how soon it may be and he asked what would be required of him.. LOL I said well to take me and be with me for at least the first night, get Robby to and from school for at least a week. He said, that was too big a deal. The scheduling place called me today to confirm my appointment for next week and asked if I had a date in mind, so I told her 10/14 or 10/15 possible......... HOLY SHIT! I said I didn't know if that WOULD be possible or not. IF this happens in two weeks, I am going to need to be hell on wheels at work because open enrolment 10/09/08....

Because I have a ton of water weight to lose before my PS consult next week!

Thanks for this thread, I just realized that my annual pap appointment was going to happen BEFORE my consult... I just switched it to be after so that if they need to run any specific tests I can get it done at that time. (they take my blood for Thyroid anyway) THANKS!!
