Good morning! I bounced back down to the 170's today! Tracy: Maybe next picture go round you could volunteer to help at Macy's school and get the pics FREE like I did. Robby had a melt down at school yesterday.. SERIOUS meltdown... He was put into a MANDT hold or something. He hit, he spit, he kicked, he tried to head butt........ but when it comes to the acedemics, he scores 5 out of 5 on reading tests ...... Needless to say, I ate an entire bag of popcorn With 1/2 stick of butter.... I'm really hoping that yesterday was the bottom for him, as we all know that he is pushing boundries. Parent/Teacher conferences are tomorrow and Charles is planning to go with me. I have to wonder if I should of kept him out for another year.. as he barely made the age cut off... but his size is that of a 7 year old and with SHREK's DNA, and mine, he is going to be a big kid. I have really worked on his sugar intake and making sure that he is not FAT, His Bio dad was always the big fat kid and the two half siblings that I know are both very obese as 11 &12 year olds. The people in that side of the family, are ALL VERY SUPRISED that Robby is not fat.. yes he's a big kid, thick and solid, but not bloated looking........ I'm also very aware that Robby could of inherited other DNA characteristics, which is why I'm ON IT now.. nipping it in the bud, giving him the tools he needs to control his emotions...... AHHH you can tell I am stressed...........but he is in the right class. I know that. OK.............. enough of the kid drama............ I hatched a plan yesterday (a plan in my head) I am going to work on getting my insurance to pay SOME portion of my surgery. I DO have the coverage IF medically necessary.... One of the things that the doc mentioned to me was on my breasts I would need a slight reduction and then a lift....... And my back has been hurting every night for MONTHS.. to the point that I've been wearing two bra's during the day for extra support....... SO I am going to the Chiropractor today and get documentation that my back is out of whack, headaches, neck aches, due to the amount of breast tissue pulling at me.... IF I can get my insurance to pay at least part of it, I can then put the rest on my FLEX card (because it would be deemed medically necessary) While I'm at it.. I'm going to get the doc to document ALL my loose skin, arms, stomach, etc... and say what the hell.. submit it and see what comes back. IF I can get the reduction covered it would just then be the charge for the TT , since facility, anestheisa and those combo things would be charged off. (it is a long shot) but with the economy and the credit providers closing up, its pretty much my only shot........... if anything it has given me a shot of hope...... and if it doesn't work, then I can at least get a quote and know what to shoot for. Take heart! Call your doc and discuss your needs! They don't want you gaining like crazy, and explain with your particular situation you have NO restriction so you feel like you need more fill than 4 cc's.

Suzie!!!! LOVE THE Funny face pic! I am off the crap eating...... and back to being in control. Last night I really wanted something sweet, but it was past 8 p.m. so I went into the living room and refused to go NEAR the kitchen for the rest of the night! This morning I had 1/2 a chicken burrito (made for me by my mom for my birthday) amazing that I can eat it! I am also slowly training UNO the wonderdog how to be CALM inside the house! Very hard to do with boys who want to wrestle and play. I'm trying to get them to understand that he NEEDS to learn how to just lay down and be calm since winter is coming and we don't want him to be stuck in the kennel all day. Right now he has a huge fenced in yard to play in all day. I did manage to drink 90 oz's of water yesterday!~ Going for two days in a row. Scale was back at 182 again.

Thanks guys! Tracy: I like the hair, I think you can truly pull off ANY Hair that you want!!!! I got mine cut again........ I tried to shhh Robby and see if DH would notice... and so far he hasn't said anything....... and he DID shave for the reunion!

OK, so I had my 20th class reunion over the weekend it went really well, and I had a much better time than I thought I would (but the rum most likely had something to do with it!) I pretty much flitted from one group to another taking a bunch of pics. This is the same way I was in HS.. hung with many different groups but never really a part of ONE. I had a bad eating night on Friday....... my niece turned 18 and they made homeade wontons........... and I had NO problem eating them.. so without exageration I had NO LESS than 8. I didn't even bother to count.. and no water to speak of........ not to mention the leftover cookies from Open Enrolment have been my breakfast..... so today I faced the scale........ 182.4 imagine if I didn't have any water weight. My mom made me her famous pork burrito's for my birthday and I'm eating the last two today..... So I've come clean........ here is a pic of me at my reunion!

skipping pages to pop in.. Today is Open Enrolment Meeting Day! We have 3 meetings, and that means everything from shopping to clean up... and oh yeah I present the benefits too! WELL I'm POOPED already......... gotta go 1 meeting down, 2 to go

I have PCOS and is why I was infertile for so long. The main symptom I had was irregular periods and infertility. I was diganosed by the director of reproductive medicine at a Research hospital back when I was 22-23 (going through infertility testing) it was somewhat NEW at that time, at that time he told me it was just my body type and that there was nothing to be done about it. NOW they have meds for it. This is why lots of formerly infertile gals get preggo when doing a Low Carb diet. and why I attribute Robby to being an Atkins baby. After that dr. diagnosed me I was the one to educate my other doctors about it.... when I was heavy into Atkins, I answered a bunch of research questions after reading an open call in the old Atkins Advantage magazine........... ended up talking to 60 minutes producers about it and almost made the cut for the show......... anyway. I am very proud to have been part of the CURE for PCOS. My neice has it, and because I kept hounding my sister about it they had her checked. It is becoming more common but for a long time it was an undiagnosed disease, and yes, Tracy I'm 100% postive that you have it too. I have my lovely annual pap today!! JOY OF JOYS!!!!

I can not believe I'm starting a thread on here but I had a major development today and it looks like I'm a go for a TT! So, as I've said in other posts my insurance DOES cover skin removal after WLS (my band was also covered) but documentation of rashes and skin break down is needed to prove Medical Necessity. I have no rashes or break down so I knew approval would be slim to none but went ahead and scheduled a consult for today anyway......... (dawn did nothing) Also, I was browsing my insurance website (the one I can log into and look at my claims and such) and I see a link on there for Deep Discounts with affilate partners...... things like discounts on Lasik, Jenny Craige, etc... and Plastic Surgery is one of them....... so I clicked on the link which took me to a form. The short of it is this place works directly with PS and offer discounts because they handle the appointments, surgery dates and financing all in house......... anyway..... she was rattling off prices and finance terms when we finally got to the address of the doc she would be setting me up with..... and low and behold it is the same practice I was scheduled at today! Not the same doc, but the same group. If I went today I would be offered no discount, and have a tiny chance insurance would cover..... or if I go next week under their appointment and agreement, I would be offered the discount and financing... so I said what the hell, run my credit and see if I'm approved.. she did and I am! (barely) but I am.........so my consult is NEXT week, and I will find out then when my surgery is and sign the finance agreement. SO OMG I am freaking out! This TT looks to be coming to fruition! I will tell you that when all is said and done, my monthly payments were quoted to being $217.00 a month for EVER! LOL... seriously though I wasn't listening closely because I really thought I wouldn't be approved. I am scared of going in and telling my boss that I need time off work.... I will be sooooo disappointed if this all falls through, but right now I'm riding the Happy Train! and what better motivation to drink my dang water and shed this water weight!:crying:

I like cream cheese, baking coco, splenda, a dash of vanilla, all mixed up and eaten with a spoon...... (I've frozen it too) Also, SF jello and cream cheese mixed up.. for a fruity twist. SF pudding works too, but it usually has a few to many carbs for my formerly INDUCTION level of atkins....... Oh and I would make SF pudding with cream and water (1/2 1/2) it cut down the carbs immensly.. but if it were available I'd use the calorie countdown milk. Oh and real pumpkin, cream cheese, splenda, spices....... yum yum

Dr., last week I had a ps consult for a TT and Breast lift. Was told that I would need an extended TT, but when I called around some other places had never heard of an extended TT! This scared me and I ended the call pretty quickly. What is the marker that denotes mini/regular/extended? Also after a cool little roll/tuck and lift I was shown where my breasts swere supposed to be! (although I tried it at home to show dh and it didn't work so well!) but it really made me want my breasts done as well.

Laura: first.. YOU ARE THE MOM!!!!!!! You are not obligated to do NUTHIN but bring that baby into the world!!!!!!! It is TOTALLY the mom's call. that it final word YOU are the boss.

C-Section they will only let ONE support person in... Vaginal you should be fine.. it's up to you so long as they don't get in the way. I ran a video camera for my sister while her husband held her hand. More than two I don't know........ and I think she would be fine being the WAITING ROOM PERSON!!! you know make her in charge of answering the phone and dealing with others who will show up.

Pam!!!! That is horrible about the Twins! Also Poor Suzanne! and CONGRATS on getting everything turned in! I am proud to say that I am back on track today. I'm on my 2nd glass of water. Coffee w/creamer Carbmaster Yogurt 2 pc's sharp cheddar cheese L: the last of the pork steak pc sharp cheddar cheese D: will be baked chicken breasts I will most likely make a cream cheese/splenda concoction for my desert.. and NOT the ice cream I had over the weekend.
