Where to begin,  I am a total grazer and it is time that I take control. I have four children and would like to be around to watch each one grow up while I grow old. I am nervous ,excited,anxious and but most of all scared. I had what I hope to be my third and final nutritional consult before request for authorization to Blue Cross is submitted.My doctors office does not think that it should be a problem getting approved because of my BMI and I also have HBP and back and bilateral knee problems. I am tired of the yo-yo diets that I have been doing since 1995, after gaining 90lbs during my first pregnancy,gaining wt with each pregnancy after. I am truly hoping that this will be the final tool to help me be succesful forever.BEST WISHES to all that are banded and to the future Bandsters.
