Recovery time is about 3 days but it all depends on you. I do Exercise started in February of 09 and I eat lots of Turkey and turkey burger, Chicken, Pork. I try to stay away from my red meats ( I love them but not as healthy as the others). I also eat flatbread which you can find in your local grocery store and it is 90 calories and 8 carbs. Also there is a coupon on the website for a dollar off yout first box.
I do excerise 3x a week Monday, Wed & Friday. There are days I push myself harder to burn more calories. Good luck to you and your journey.
