Hi Janat! Thanks for writing! I am starting my pre op tomorrow..i'm getting so excited! I've been reading up on alot of protein drinks...but i bought a case of a protein drink they carry at Costco that they talked about in our nutrition class. I dont remember the name, i'll have to take a look at it tomorrow. I am not one to like powders because i never feel they mix well enough, so i bought the pre mixed one comes in like a milk carton.

When is your date in July? Are you ready you think? I am, ive eaten so much over the course of the last months..that i really need to get this underway!
