  1. Happy 29th Birthday kimknight!

  2. Im not going to tell anyone except my parents and husband. A year ago when I told people I was looking to get it done they said "your not big enough to get that done" and "why are you going to go thru surgery to get thinner when you could just diet" so when I got my date of 12/21/09 I haven't told anyone and I don't plan on doing so.
  3. I am going to my seminar tonight that the doctor has once a month. Did you weigh in at your seminar?
  4. My insurance says I must be at a BMI of 35. I told the doctors office that I am 5 foot 7 inches and 220 pounds. This gets me to 34.5 BMI. I checked my hight today and I am only 5 foot 6 1/2 inches. This would put me over 35 BMI. Do you think the doctor will lower my hight 1/2 inch or do they round up?
  5. Hello Everyone. My insurance will cover lapband if obesity has persisted for at least 5 years. Does this mean that I needed to have over a BMI of 35 for 5 years? I have had over a BMI of 30 for at least 5 years. I have only had over 35 for about a year. Anyone know? The insurance company couldn't answer. Thanks!
