    Dr. Luttrell is still in practice and has moved his office to Jacksonville, Ar. He is also seeing patients in Hope and Little Rock (but not in the same building he was in). His phone # is still the same as it was in Little Rock (501-978-4343). In fact I just saw him last week.

    im doing okay i guess. I am down 56lbs. I am thinking about getting another fill to see if that will help me start to lose weight again. I just started a new workout and hoping that helps too.

    If your band is filled right it will take you 30 mins to eat 4oz. It can take me 30mins to eat 2 chicken nuggets. When I first got banded I could eat whatever I wanted. Then i got my first fill (3.4cc), I could still eat a lot of food at one time. now after my second fill (im up to 4.6cc) I can barely eat 3 bites and I am stuffed full, like I have eaten a Lg pizza. If you can eat more than 4oz you might want to see about getting a fill.

    I had another fill yesterday and he put in 1.2 cc. now i have a total on 4.6 cc . Im now having to drink A LOT slower.

    I got my first fill this morning and it was interesting. He put in 3.4 cc in my 10 cc band. I can really feel the restriction now. I feel like i did the first day after my surgery.

    I got my first fill this morning. My Doc put in 3.4cc in my 10cc band and I can definitely feel the restriction. I had my shake after my fill and it took me longer to drink it than it did before i got my fill. I'm now back to tiny sips. He also suggested drinking my broth a spoon full at a time.

    Im having a good ole chocolate shake for lunch. I had one for breakjfast around 9 this morning and I will probably have my 2nd sometime after 1 this afternoon. Then tonight my little sister is Graduating from Pharmacy school and we are throwing her a party and cooking her dinner. So I am holding off on any solid foods till then.

    Your sounding like me! My coworkers ordered pizza today and I looked at it wishing i had some. They were nice enough to order a pizza i dont like that way i was not tempted to steal a bite.

    We meet out there after work (around 5:30) and we have been walking 5-7 miles. we texted each other everyday to see if someone will be out there. I am always willing to be out there if someone wants to go with me. (my husband doesn't like for me to go by myself) I have started a 12 week program to start running. All my sisters run and I always fill left out. Today is my one month Banniversary! ! ! WOO HOO! ! ! Congrats Tracy on being in a size 8 ! I bought me a "Goal Dress" in a size XL. I wanted to be able to wear it for my birthday at the end of june. well when I got home and tried it on it fit! I am going to buy a size Lg to be my "Goal Dress" for my beach vacation in September.

    Im out at the Big Dam Bridge 3-4 days a week. I meet out there with coworkers and my sisters. I be back out there on Monday if you want to meet up. and Deb You will be out there with me soon enough. Im ready to getting full release on exercise. It is driving me crazy that all I can do is walk.

    I had my surgery on April 15, 2009. and I go in May 19, 2009 for my first fill. I am excited and a little nervous about that. I was taken off ALL my meds and i am so excited about that. I am feeling better today then i did before i had my surgery. Where do you live? Im in Little Rock, AR.
