Congrats on the 34!!! that is wonderful I was banded on 3/25 and I have lost 21 lbs. so far. I have had one fill but not much difference yet. I guess I did think it would be faster but, than when you really think about it 21 lbs. in sevens weeks is cool. I have lost 5 inches in my waist so thats a good thing. I do think I still have a lot to learn about this whole thing.:smile2:

I have been around for a week or so just reading everyone's post. I really like the support I see being given here and wanted to be a part of it. I was banded on 3/25/09 in Richmond VA. I had my first fill on 5/4 I still have very little restriction, so I'm having to work hard to stay on track. I can eat more than 1/2 cup with no problem :smile2:. I try to keep it as close to a 1/2 a cup as I can. I keep reminding myself it may take a number of fills before I have the restriction I need. So until than I just keep hanging on.:tt2:
