Thanks for the note, by my count I don't have to start the pre-op til June 8 and I'm not about to begin a day early. I am trying to limit the snacking now and that is working out ok. My daughters (26 and 23) are driving back from Kansas now from visiting their dad. Had the whole lovely weekend to myself, the boyfriend and dogs! It was terrific. I see Ashley again on Thurs afternoon and we'll talk more specifically about the pre/post op diet, which does not differ much at all. I started a blog on blogger/gmail. it's called don't look back...well I am a child of the 70/80s and loved Boston! I'll send you an email later with the link.
