Hi there, ha, I just saw this, for some reason with the new set up I don't get messages about posts etc. I am going good, my weight loss is also slow, it's terrible. I am on the treadmill for 25 minutes 5 days a week and am doing a yoga class, I"ve been doing that since Jan 1. my cals are low too, but man.
