Rtgirl11 You can do this. Girl go and get you some "Red Bull " Power drinks and get to walking. Try to eat every 4hr. and drink your water. The I lost 15lb. in 10weeks.

Welcome to band land! Get your fills slow, stop eating when you feel full, and drink your water and you will do well.

The Lap band works!!! If it works for me, it can for you. Chips, candy,soda etc. you are what you eat! If you give 1% you get 1%. Yes we all have been at that point when we just feel like giveing up. I may give OUT, but I don't Give UP!!! You get back up again, and lets do this!!!!!

Well I got my first fill 6weeks out (2cc) . For me that fill went well but before I left the doc. off. I could feel a big differ. You should be getting about 1/2cc at every vist. You have to do this slow. And yes, If you get too much at one time it WILL back fire!! Food will start getting stuck in your chest, you will have PB's . So your fills need to be slow.

Hi Sunta! I'm so sorry about your pain. Your doing so well girl. And yes you are very blessed. 80 pounds girl!! This pain had you in the ER? Sometimes I have pain at my port site to. But not the pain that your having. Know that I have lost a lot I don't have that fat around that port and know I can feel the port better. You have to be very carefull .

I have lost a lot of weight in the past. So when I got the band I did'nt tell any of my family not even my mom. My husband knows but that's all. I just did not want family looking at me all the time. -

That's o.K. I think that something is wrong with her band and she's just not saying. With all of the PBing she may have a slip. She was banded in 1999 , a long time, and have kept the weight off all this time.
