    What's Going On?

    You should try doing two workouts per day. I workout 45min. in the morning and 45min. at night. This will give your motabl. a fast bust. After my morning workout I wait 30min. then I have my breakfast. I also workout before my dinner. Your body will have to pull energy from for fat and not from your cal. that you eat.

  7. My doc. said that we should only eat 3 time a day with the lapband. But for me, I have always had 6 small meals per day. Before my lapband I lost a lot with the 6 meals, so I thouht that after the lapband I could keep up the 6 meals. I can get 4 or 5 in per day and I'm happy with that. My husband told me to try and just have the three meals for now and see if I will lose the Dr. way. What should I do? If I have the 3 meals I don't want my body to start slowing down. My meals are......................

    H i everyone! I am doing good after my fill. The weight is comeing off slow so I think that when I go back Oct.6 that I will get a fill. My doc. said to eat 3 small meals per day but before my band I lost 50lb at 6 meals per day. I am up to 45min workout on the treadmill in the morning and 45min. at night. 2min. incline at 3.5-4.2 mph. and 2min. walk and run. I am know thinking about B12 tabs to get things going.

  10. My Doc. also say to eat 3 meals per. day but haveing lost 50lb in the past I ate 6 small meals per day. All the books on losein weight say to eat 6 times to keep your metabolism up. every 3hr. I am only 8weeks out and I have not lost anything in the last 3weeks. So now I am doing two workouts per day ( morning, and at night) to get this metabolism going .

    Hi Zena!! welcome to LBT. After coming on LBT and reading about the band and about how well the band has help so many, and seeing all of the pictures on this site, I could'nt go on without the band. I am now 5 1/2 weeks out and do very well. After two weeks I was feeling like my old self. Good luck to you.
  15. Hi everyone. I did'nt tell my family. My mom was my babysitter when I had my surg. and she still don't know that I had the lapband. I just don't want everyone going " so how much have you lost so far!" I lost a lot before the band so I just let everyone think that I was just loseing more.

  17. I workout 5 times a week, 45min. hard workouts and I know that If I put in 800cl a day and I work off 200cl a day, will my body stop loseing? But I am going to try the 3 meals a day thing and just drink all my water. I think that it's harder to do three meals with very small fill. My food stay for about 2hr. I had my first fill Sept. 1st. 2cc in a 10cc band.

    Hi everyone. I would like to lose 10lb by October 1, I had a fill on Sept. 1 2cc in a 10cc band. It went well. I can feel a difference. Some people say that it will take up to a week or two after your fill to feel a change.

    Fast or gradual?

    Hi everyone! I got my first fill 9/1/06. 2cc in a 10cc band. everything is going good. I have not had a PB since my surg. the only probem I have is that my Dr. wants me to eat 3times per. day and I would be o.k. with that but, to keep my matbo. up. I know that I will have to eat 6 small meals per. day to keep my body from going in starvation mode. So should I just do what my Dr. say or keep doing what I need to do?
