I already have his pre and post diet plans. I know since I am on Effexor it is one anti depressant I just can not stop taking without side effects. -

Are there certain EAS shakes or products work best for your sleeve and nutritional needs? I see there are many? powder, premade or both? Seems like a good amount of protien. How long are u full on one? Do we want high Fiber after surgery? Other brands? Thanks in advance!

If you need a foley, you will get it most likely while u are asleep in surgery.
