My focus has been more on completing insurance requirements. But did not need a six month plan for it.

Two weeks, no carb meals, a shake once a day. Heathly meals before that.... Six weeks. He did not give me a number to loose. I think I gained a few this past month. Time to be all in, now. I have a month instead of eight weeks. Little nervous about that.

Just overnight. My center had a hotel like room with a shower. Could get ready and go to work. I slept from 10:45 - 6 am. Felt okay. Bring a fan if u like one. Helped me sleep like ay home. -

I had a chest xray, pulmonary function test and sleep study because my insurance said I had too. The xray and pft only took a few mins. Best of luck to you -
