For the most part the childrens menu may not be the healthiest options... I am not sure I like the card idea. I am choosing wls. Not the restaurants fault I can't finish a portion.

What does eating too fast mean to you? How long does it take to eat a meal, snack, 1/2 cup or so? Trying to practice some now. How many times are you chewing? I am amazed about different food tastes completely chewed up. Sometimes, not so good. Thanks in advance! Still using small utensils?
