  1. I'm glad your doing good and don't worry about the plateau I think your just slowing down a bit now. I was losing really fast and then thought the same but I will lose about a lb every four days or so but I'm not really watching what I eat all that well just the portions and I don't start back to the gym until tomorrow so I know that will kick it up a notch... The doc said that if your eating liquids then they only keep you full for about two hours then you'll start to feel hungry again... He said I was right on track but I just guess in my head it should be coming off quicker for the fact that I'm not eating everything in site now... but I know it will take time. I've lost a pants size so I guess that should keep me motivated more than the actual weight. But I'm glad your doing great keep up the good work and just remember your losing either way and that's the good part ;-)
