Hello, good to hear from you. Congrats on your surgery date, as for me I'm not gaining which is a good thing. I have only lost around 16 lbs, haven't had a fill yet, I'm going on Dec 14th for a fill and hopefully things will look up for me. I can eat just about anything if I'm not careful, I do get full faster that about all

Hey Cloteal I got my surgery date Dec 10th Thursday they are keeping for a day or 2 becuz of the previous 36 surgeries ..since I was 14 I started with female problems then endomet. scar tissue etc...So how have you been doing? How much weight loss so far? Keep me posted smooches

It has been a trial for me but what I have found is that I will not be able to eat breads. It is going to be a test. The other thing is trying to fit in exercise everyday. A couple of weeks ago I started exercising everyday and the pounds came off but as soon as I stopped it came back it did not take use a couple of months to gain the weight. Keep trying it will come off. My problem has been sweets and you know Hallowen and candy. I took my grandson out and eat a few peices but I have to refrain from this or all of this would have been for nothing.We will keep eachother encouraged through this because no one knows better than we do about the situation we are going through. Keep your chin up it will get better. Watch what you put in your mouth. I think that I will start journaling . Well hope things are going well and I will talk to you later. I know exactly what your feeling, the weightloss is slow for me as well, I think I may have gained 2-3 pounds. I go back November, I hope I can get a feel. My number is 910-476-2194

How are things going, hope that things are going well. The weightloss is slow and I am trying to figure ways to speed it up a little. I was told that I am on target as far as the 1 to 2 pound loss a month. Seems everyone that was banded with me has passed me and running for a new goal. I guess I'll have to be happy with what I have done for myself. Keep in contact

Hello Stajin good to hear from you. I am doing pretty good myself, today is the first day back to work for me. I started walking myself only a mile though until I can build up to atleast two miles. I'm now down 16lbs, and hopefully I will continue this downhill. Keep in touch. And yes, I have to remind myself daily to drink, drink, drink.

Hello there,
How are things going for you. I am 17 pounds down and having some side pain but I guess it is my bodies way of getting use to this foreign object. Also keep drinking this is something that I have to remind myself to do all the time. Try and walk as much as you can but don't over do it. This week has allowed me to start walking 2 miles during the day. Hope things are going well.
