Aw, thanks Riley. Now, about your rant - I'm feeling you! every pair of jeans I pull out my husband hates now - said they give me diaper butt. With the exception of the ones I still can't fit into. My fedex man just tried to pick up on me! Is he kidding - LOL - when I come to work it's with zero make up, flip flops & sweats or jeans & t-shirt - Nobody comes in my office so it's totally casual - I look like crap - so seriously, is he kidding? Tamra - you will be a 16 before you know it! Last may i was wearing 20's! I still drink coffee and lose - So does Riley Jane! So, Tamra - I'm going to pack up a pair of my seven jeans and give them to you asap - I find when I have a pair of jeans that i'm dying to get into - I work harder for it! Can you have people stop by your job? I can drop them to you monday - I'll be just on the other side of the Richmond bridge so when I'm passing thru the Rich on my way home I can pop in - or send them to you if you want to PM me your address - or give them to you at the Group on the 22nd - you let me know! Heather - I am so excited for you - isn't it fun fitting into things you couldn't before - I have a pair of jeans I'm dying to button - will be able to in about another 5lbs. They are the cutest apple bottoms with black velvet designs on them size 13 - again, they run big! Hey Nicole - you CAN wear tennis shoes with apple bottoms - you just cant with skinny jeans or your feel look huge! Not all apple bottoms are skinny jeans. I can't wait to see you in your little outfit - ladies, she looks hot in her tiny size 9's! Tina - so you had a little ice cream - big deal - you're still down! Have an unstressful day at work :sneaky: Maria - the group starts at 11. Hope to see you there!

Ok, so now I know what I'm going to listen to so i can go to sleep when my husband is playing those damn war zone games in surround sound on the other side of my bedroom wall at midnight! so, Nicole, I guess the 4 hours of sleep our husbands need at night is Navy training! Oh, and those seven jeans I had on yesterday, my husband says I'm not alloud to wear them out with him again - they have a saggy butt. Heather & Tamra - I have two pair of seven jeans in size 16 - I will save them for you - don't get it twisted - I'm still a 16 or 18 but these are stretchy. Reggie, are you a 16 or 14?

Listening to it now!!!! I see i will need to listen again right before i go to bed. The Sac group is the 4th Saturday - I think it's the 22nd this month so either Saturday works for me! Yeah, heather - don't do the program if you have bad knees! thanks Pam! Kinda hard to be flirty when your legs are in the stirrups - LOL Thanks Maria! I think it just depends on your doctor - Liz said it doesn't matter that my first set of labs will be over 30 days but the next set and pregnancy test need to be timed - Pregnancy test two weeks prior and labs within 30 days! I had done my initial labs before i met with liz because Dr. fisher ordered them first. She said this is a competely different set.

Reggie, the C25K is short for couch to 5k - it is a 9 week program to get your ass off the couch and up to running 5k in 9 weeks. Sadly, I'm to fat to run

Ok, Ladies - Piece of cake! Jes, she didn't really ask me any questions. She looked over my test and where it asked about coconut I just put a question mark because I didnt see it in the binder - all she said was that I can't have it - she wanted to know what meds I was on and said I can't have excedrine anymore (which I already knew). told her I was part of this group and she said I was ready. she made two appts for me - ordered some labs and told me to get my depo shot on the 11th and scheduled my surgery date for: SEPTEMBER 14TH! Hey, did any of you have to take a pregnancy test first? I have to do that and this is the first I've heard of it Oh, and I weighed in at 201.4, then chugged a huge amount of water! On the way home I stopped at KFC and got a grilled chicken breast.

Congratulations Maria! Me you and Jes are all up for surgery dates - woo hoo! Tamra & Heather up next! Heather, how you doing? You surviving the plateau AND school LOL Tamra - I agree with Riley - it is doubtful that another surgeon would overide a surgeons decision. I had to lose 30lbs too. It will go fast if you stay on track - you have to be disciplined!! HARD. I KNOW!!! but the surgery is just a part of this - you will continue to have to work HARD! Just read these posts - sometimes these ladies are starving - even with the band - but have to stay on track to lose the weight! I still worry that I will be a lap band failure - I'm already a weight watchers and Jenny Craig drop out LOL Tina - hows it going? What happened with Jury duty?? Hang in here ladies - I know these layoffs and the economy are scary but we have noplace to go but up from here!!!!!!!!
