Hey everyone, so far i'm 61lbs. down. That's since February 1st. Gone from 325 to 264 and i'm feeling great. Walking 3 1/2 miles at a time now.

Not really. The first four days the meds worked wonders. After that i had a little port pain that lasted for two weeks. Then i was fine.

17 days banded and coughing bad

I had something similar. Mine lasted about six weeks and i finally attributed it to allergies. Once I started taking more Zyrtec it seemed to get better. Mine was a constant tickle in the back of my throat. There's also something called night coughing but that is more band related and might have to do with being too tight. You might try searching for 'night coughing' on the forums if that is more what you are having. -
