Hi, My name is Michelle and I was banded in June 2006. For the last year I was having problems with my band. My doctor ended up going back in and fixing it. It seems it slipped. Well I haven't had a fill since my surgery(fixing the band) Jan 08. I am so afraid I am going to experience the same reflux. It was awful. At night when I laid down I couln't stop the liquid from coming up. Well thats my story. This is my first time posting and I am looking forward to talking to friends who have the band. ( I don't know anybody who has the band) Michelle banded 6-6-06

HI my name is Michelle and I had my surgery June 6, 2006. My last fill was in July. All was well until recently. I can not eat anything for Breakfast and lunch. If I do it just comes back up. This has been going on for 2-3 weeks. I started to eat Soup. All went well I live on soup now. Something has changed. I have this constant pain in my chest and I am constantly burping and it feels like I have acid reflux. Iam eating very little (soup) and I get so much pain. Has anybody experienced this and what should I do. I have an appointment with my doc in 2 weeks.

Hi, I am in Orange, California. I had my surgery on June 5, 2006 and have lost only 8 pounds. Just had my first fill June 10th.
