once you have made it at ticker factory, copy the ticker url and go to your edit signature page. paste it there, and preview signature, it should show up. good luck

From what I have read here over the last few weeks every doc is different. Some want you to "cut back" some wanted others to do south beach or atkins. Others, like yours have no pre op diet at all. Like i said before, count your lucky stars! hee hee

Hi Krista I'm going on Aug 31st. I just started a three week liquid fast (optifast) today. I'm being banded in Canada. The doc says the fast is to shrink my liver, so that it is easier to move during the surgery. All I can say is, thank your lucky stars that your doc isn't forcing you to drink this awful stuff!

Those who don't have problems really don't need to post as much, i think:) Take a look at some of the threads where newbies ask if members would do it over again, I think you will see that the pros outweigh the cons for most members here.

Hi paula, I just wanted to say that sometimes our general practitioners aren't enough. Perhaps you should ask for a referral to a psychiatrist. Hope my advice helps, not hurts.
