Okay gals, i think this is an NSV!!! I went to the dollar store on my lunch hour to pick up some birthday candles. I wandered around the candy aisle for about 10 minutes, looked and drooled over everything, then started to read calorie counts and put stuff back. Then i said hell with it and picked up a caramilk bar (260 cal btw). Got all the way to the check out and decided NOT TO GET IT!! I'm so proud of myself. HEY WHEEZY, Check out what i put under my name!!!!:biggrin1:

Hey Kattiegirl! sounds like you have the bigger band, so you may need more fill that others with the 4 cc band, and that could be some of your problem. I go to www.fitday.com and track every little thing that i put in my mouth (i know, i know, sounds too much like a diet!) it was suprising sometimes how many calories and fat you can eat when you think your not! I hope this info helps, and keep in touch with all of us! We will offer all the supprt we can!

Kattiegirl i had my first fill last thursday, that night and the next day i felt nothing!But.....after that restriction set in and i had the worst pb eva!!! i can only manage about half of what i could before. I think that you havent reached proper restriction yet. do you know your band size? how many cc's have they put in so far? are you using fitday?
