Okay let me start by saying my ticker is a lie. I have gained like two lbs. I am hungry, i am eating too much, and i hate myself for my lack of self control. I have some restriction, but if i eat slow, i can get a lot down. Plus, I'M HUNGRY ALL THE TIME. I'm going for another fill on thursday, but in the meantime, I have decided to start counting carbs again. I have been faithfully logging my intake on fitday, and i average about 1200 cals a day. It seems that if i eat like a normo eating carbs, i can't lose. Oh, well, it was fun while it lasted. So starting tommorrow, LOW carb and lots of Water.

Geez Maria, I'm sorry you feel so rotten. Part of it is probably the season changing that makes your health problems act up as well as being down in the dumps. I have osteo in my knees, and its been a bitch lately with the damp. I have a lamp that my sister got me that imitates sunlight, and i find it does help a bit with the seasonal depression. As far as the five lbs. THAT SUCKS THE BIG ONE (the great blue whale, largest mammal on earth {as told to me by my 10 yo nephew, when he heard me say that}) I find when i'm sick i gain too, it must be Fluid or something, esp. if your not really eating. It will come off! i'm positive! As far as being 60, my dh is around there too, and he finds it very hard to accept that he's not 25 any more, and the toughest strongest guy around. Now he's just crotchety! And your definitely NOT crotchety! Hugs and snugs,

I called my insur. broker and he told me that even if i reported it, they wouldn't do anything to her!( her insurance wouldnt go up or anything) my insurance would go up and i would have to pay the deductible. mr. neenagh hit the roof when he heard this, and was making crazy talk like getting her address from a cop friend, or waiting in parking lot of the grocery store in a friends truck with mud on the licence plate and plowing her vehicle and just driving off!. thankfully he has (to my knowledge) done none of the above, and we will have to suck up the cost of fixing the #*$&$ car. He was like a lion with a thorn in his paw all week. If I had her address, I would have shipped him over there to live with her for the week. that would have been punishment enough!
