I went to the support group meeting last night at St. Jo's. I have the psych eval scheduled for June 5th. I also still need to get the letter from Jenny Craig stating that I participated in their program. My only problem with that is that I was part of JC in 2006 and HealthNet wants me to have proof in the past 2 years. I tried telling Julie yesterday though that I was pregnant w/my daughter in 2007 and had her in 2008. I'm thinking I might ummmmm "edit" wink wink the letter. From what I have heard they really don't look that deep into it. I'm just scared that they (insurance) will make me do the 6 month diet program. I'm seriously getting soooo anxious about getting this done that waiting another 6 months really depresses me.
Sorry I had to post in 2 messages. Said it was too long.

Are you able to do your normal activites like work and such? I just worry about not having enough energy to chase around my 3 yr old and 1 yr old! lol Any pain? Does the port hurt at all? Feel nauseous? How many more weeks are you on liquids before you start mushies?

Feeling good, healing up well, enjoying being active and exercising! I'm actually hungry now, yesterday was the first time I got hungry since surgery. I'm still on full liquids so there's not much thought involved with "eating" but it works. It's weird to not obsess over food, and it's a relief too!
How are you doing with your progress toward bandhood?

Hey Kelly!
Just wondering how you are doing? How are you feeling? How is eating coming along? I have so many questions! lol

Hey Kellster!
I just checked in today and I realized that your surgery is tomorrow! Good luck and please let us know how you are doing!!

Hey lady, how are you doing? Apparently I created a social group at the same time another lady from our support group did, so join "Banded around Burbank" instead - it's a great group of people, mostly banded by Dr. Quilici.
YIKES I have surgery in three days!!!! Wow I think it's just hitting me. But I'm prepared so WOOHOO!
