  1. I think we all go through times where we don't want to completely watch what we are eating but we have to remember that if we want to see the numbers go down then we do need to pay attention!! LOL How Awesome!! I am down like 67lbs now and feel GREAT! I have really gone all over the place with loosing and gaining but I haven't ever gained more then like a pound and it is always around TOM! I am usually pretty good with my protein intake - 75-90g a day but I do have my days where I maybe get 50g! LOL I can totally tell in the weeks that I don't get all my protein each day on the scale so I really try to get it in! If I have an actual plate of food I do protein first then veggies and never have room for a carb! LOL I drink before I eat and can sometimes do a few sips while eating but can't after I eat even though sometimes I want to! I am still thirsty ALL THE TIME no matter how much I drink but I never feel as if I'm not getting enough in! I am pretty good with my vitamin everynight and I have started to take a B12 every morning just to see if it does help with my energy. I'm REALLY tired since I started work again a month ago but I'm also commutting 1 1/2 hours each way through DC traffic! UGH! LOL My hair is also coming out like crazy but I have SUPER thick, curly hair so no one besides I can tell! My biggest pants were a 24 and shirt was a 2x. I'm now comfortably (going to be too big before I know it) in a 16 pants and a L shirt!

    Good Monday Morning!! B - coffee and Protein shake L - Sausage bits and cheese crackers D - ? Not sure what my DH is making since he's here visiting this week S - Beef Jerky V - at night W - shooting for the full 60 today E - plan to run at least 2 miles after work!

    Goal Outfit

    I had bought a pair of MK jeans at ROSS awhile back and they were SUPER tight then and I thought I would lose and fit into them, well that never happened but I have held onto them! They were my FIRST goal jeans because they are a 14 and I have been a 14 in my adult life (not smaller though) and I have it that goal already and I have a feeling I don't be able to wear them for long so I'm wearing the heck outta them!! LOL I you Lanette I would just LOVE to be out of double digits someday but I don't honestly seeing it happen for me but if I could be a 10 or 12 that would be AWESOME! I was a 10 in high school (of course I was the big girl too) and I would LOVE to be there again!

    Easter Sunday - WHAT WILL YOU WEIGH???

    Start.............Current...............Goal..............Lbs to go 192.8.............178.2...................175................3.2 I can say that I don't know if this will happen or not. I am usually right around 2 or less a week but I am SO happy with my journey thus far! I really wanted to weigh 175 by the 30th of April because that is my next race so I really think that can happen!

  13. Okay so I've seen a few posts here and there about different issues after surgery so I'm curious if anyone else has experienced this. I was very constipated a few weeks ago when I saw my doc for my 3 month visit so she put me on a stool softener. I've been taking them twice a day since and in the last week I have had three days of really bad cramping and major diarrhea. I am thinking maybe I should only take one stool softener a day instead of two? I have been on them before (when I was preggo) but never had this issue. I haven't changed my diet any, eating the same stuff I have been for months now!

    TGIF!!!! B - Protein shake and coffee L - Catfish and a little taters/gravy (went to the DFAC!) D - ??? I'm be driving to NY after work so I don't know what I'll eat for sure S - So far none today and I'm STUFFED from lunch! V - at night W - Down 30oz thus far E - stairs at work!

    I have tried doing the fiber and it just gives me HORRIBLE gas with pain! I've been doing just one pill and things seem to be moving just like they should! LOL
  16. I would love to meet up with others and Arlington is fine with me! I can't personally do either of those dates though I'm booked up through June now with travel for my new job!

  19. WOOHOO!!! It's a Great feeling to know you are "only" overweight now!!! Now just keep doing what you're doing and your clothes will be TOO big for you before you know it! I've been wearing 16s for a few months now and all of a sudden they are all too big and I bought a pair of 14s last night!!!
  20. I am currently staying in NOVA, at Ft. Belvoir but I am buying a house in Maryland by Ft. Meade! I had my surgery in NY at the Army Hospital at West Point! almost 5 months out and doing FANTASTIC!

    Today is an off (ish) day for me! B - coffee 1/2 Protein shake L - 3/4 a cheeseburger (just meat and cheese) and a few fries (had lunch with the boss and his wife!) D - Thinking fish maybe??? S - naughty me! Two mini chocolate PB eggs W - NONE OMG I Suck today! V - at night E - I have been doing up and down the stairs at work all day and back and forth to meetings but I'm not going to the gym which I know I should be I forgot a hair tie and my sports bra!

    At that time I was around 600! Now at 4-5 months out I'm around 900-1100!
