I am 42 today, and 1/2 way to goal. Next year will be amazing!

I cut my pills before I take them. You have to ask your pharmacy to make sure they aren't changed if you cut or crush them. With gel caps type medicine I will take them with hot tea to dissolve the capsules faster.

It really is hard to get in the 24 oz of protein shakes and 24 ounces of liquids. I didn't realize how much I gulped my water!!!

I hope it all goes well tomorrow for you. I can't wait to talk all banded together in this journey LOL. Ok that sounded creepy.
