Hello there! Today its been a week since i got banded and came back to work, i do still feel a little weak but thank God my job doesnt demand too much physical activity from me. The reason why your left side hurts it's because thats where your port is (thats what my dr said cause i am expericing bloating an d a lot of sorenes there, sometimes i gotta hold to get up or sit down cause it hurts a lot if i make the wrong movement) Today for the first time i started feeling a little hungry but i still need to be on the liquid diet until the 21st . I have lost 8 lbs since the surgery, all Ive been drink is water, diet snapple, sugar free pops and protein shakes.It is very funny that I also was suppose to get a GYN procedure performed a week before my lapband sx but my GYN said he didn't want to take the risk of infections and rescheduled. Anyways i wish u the best and hope your pain goes down, walk as much as you can but listen to your body and take breaks when you feel weak and tired!
