  1. John, your before pics are fascinating! My passport is super jealous!

  2. Welcome to the Kaiser Richmond group! You'll love it!

  3. How are you feeling after surgery?

  4. Howdy! I'm from EG too!

  5. I'm feeling much better, thanks for thinking of me!

  6. Woohooo! Congratulations on your 100 lbs lost! You're such an inspiration.

  7. I'm so excited for you... surgery date is fast approaching!

  8. Welcome to the Kaiser Richmond group! We don't have anyone who is going through the Fremont program, but you can keep us up to date on all things Fremont! I know the Fremont orientation is pretty RNY oriented, but if you know you want the band stand your ground and don't let your doctor force you into gastric bypass. Stick with the program and you'll do great! Feel free to join us on the pre-op board too!

  9. Hey Girl, I hope you're doing well. I'm sending you happy recovery thoughts. :)

  10. I'm so glad you're back! Congrats on getting to your first goal!

  11. HI! I hope you're feeling better! How are you? Miss you!

  12. 147 lbs in 9 months with only 2 fills. You're a rockstar! Congrats!

  13. How's that band-baby treating you? Only one more month, right?

  14. Hi Mary! The information class is something new they've started this summer. Once you do that you get a referral to orientation. You're already ahead of the game. The support group is vital for succes with WLS. I don't think I would be doing as well as I am without this site and the wonderful women I've met.

  15. Thanks again for all the clothes. Christmas came early for me!

  16. Your album isn't visible. Check your privacy settings.

  17. Hey Girl! I'm sorry you're having a tough time. I hope you can make it to the support group this Saturday. It's great having everyone here online, but it's so much better to be around everyone, in person. I swear, I am in such a better mood all day long!

And don't let those negative people ruin your day, or your progress. Focus that energy into kicking butt and show them all!

  18. There is a Sacramento Kaiser meeting on the 4th Saturday of every month. It's at Kaiser Point West (on Response Rd across from Cal Expo) from 11-1. Non-Kaiser patients are also welcome. It is a wls patient-run support group.

  19. Hey girl, we've missed you! How are you doing?
