i'm actually doing really well. had half a protein shake today and also some water. i was a single incision so i only have one little scar, about 3mm long on my stomach. where they put my iv actually looks worse than my actual incision. it's nice. today i've just kinda laid around. not even taking much pain meds actually. what the doc gave me wasn't working so he fills something else for me that doesn't really work the best either. thank goodness i don't need it i guess. there are really only two pain medications that have ever worked for me and that's dilaudid and darvocet. but he said he can't call those in cuz of the high level of narcotics in it. well that's all i have for right now. just wanted to give you an update.
