During the night last night I was kept awake all night with heartburn. I havn't been able to take in much fluid today and definitly no food. Anyone tell me .. what the???:

Hi Suzanne, Yeah it got a little bit better that time and I kept on soldiering on, but then just this week it happened again. So I just had some fill taken out yesterday. Instant relief. I am just worried I might eat too much though. Time will tell....:thumbup: -
I am just lap banded 23 April. But am so bloody computer illiterate I cant find my way around to chat and converse. In fact I dont even know if this message will go any where

Hi There, I too am newly banded. 23 April. I stayed in overnight though. Do get pain up in your shoulder area?? I have already started to eat mushy food. I have also had some mini mince meatballs. I make sure I chew them down to a pulp before swallowing.
