Wow...your doc is pretty laid back?! I had a full week post op of clear liquids, then another week of "full" liquids (shakes and such), then a week of mushies, a week of soft solids and then finally eased slowly into solids! -

I get that sensation from constipation/gas. I didnt have it preband so it took awhile to figure it out....but through trial and error I have discovered thats what it is for me. -
Call your surgeons after hours service. Run it by them.

Ooooo...P90X is hardcore. P90 isn't so brutal. I like P90 and wouldn't even consider P90X until I get in better shape!
