Thank you for your encouraging words. I am trying to stay focused and I'm just taking it one meal at a time. I can't even do one day at a time but I figure small steps will get me there. I have gotten back down to what I was at one week post op so I'm happy at least about that. I don't have a fill until the 24th but I think I'm going to call them and see if I can move it up any. Don't know if they will but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask. I'm getting better with the job situation I've had 3 interviews with different companies and I'm sure something will turn around. I know you had some advice about the first fill appointment but I couldn't remember what it was. Can you share that again?
