I have struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember. I have been on just about every diet out there and have lost weight on quite a few of them. I have a difficult time in maintaining any weight loss. I am hoping that the lap band will change that for me. This certainly hasnt been the easy way out. It has been a real struggle and still something I have to work at.
