i had tried for a very long time to get a band went to 1 dr in charlotte went thru the whole process paid my money but once he got my money they did not call me or let me know what was going on i would call and have to leave many messages but they would never ever return my calls they did after 4 or so months call me and wanted me to do all these ridiculous things and wait even longer i finally got some of my money back i had also went to a dr in pinehurst nc who also refused to do my surgery over some lies the first dr told him like i couldnt swallow i wouldnt need the band how stupid can u get i finally found dr pierllo and is is like a God send he was able to do my surgery even though i had blood clots in oct 2008 by placing a ivc filter in some the other dr could have done and the so called surgeon in pinehurst could have checked me out instead of taking the word of the other dr anyway i got my band and when i loose most of my wt i may go to dr v office and show them what i had done with out there help i also have a few other things in mind just to show them what a big mistake they both made
