Hey, My name is Chris and I was banded on March 17 by Dr. Fernandez in Winston-Salem, NC. So far I have lost around 45 pounds, though it would be more if I could get into a steady exercise routine. I had my first fill last week and still not completely satisfied with the 1/2 cup meals but hopefully the next fill will do it. : ) Chris
