It's now week three for me and I've pretty much given in to my hunger. I'm back to eating pretty much the way I ate before. I have zero resistance and I won't be filled for another 3 weeks hopefully it'll start working then. I feel defeated...

I'm a week out too but I'm no longer sore. I do, however, still get just as hungry & have the gas problem too. I'm so hoping my first fill will cure some of this.
