Hey I have been band for almost two years. 31 Aug will be two years. I have lost 90 - 95 pounds. According to the charts I am still over weight but my kids keep complaining that the wind will blow me away, so I am maintaining. I would be happy to answer any questions you have!

I was banded 31 Aug 10. :wub: I dont have restriction, but a buffet wouldnt be worth it! I have lost 64 pounds. I would give the treadmill most of the credit. :tongue2: -
The good Lord gave you a body that can stand most anything. It's your mind and motivation you have to convince. You must begin to think of yourself as becoming the person you want to be.
