Hey, I just wanted to drop by and say that I am so inspired by your story! I was banded 12/16/08 i have lost 25 lbs so far....but i kinda feel like i have fallen off the wagon with the holidays and such....i just wanted to see if you had any pointers from one who has been there... i need a kick in the pants and a shove out the door and I hear your good at that thanks so much
